bread dough (I use my 30 minute dough recipe from the Outsmart Dinner Meal Planner)
Instructions
Section dough into 8 equal pieces
Shape pieces into rolls by bringing the dough together and pinching the bottom.
Then flatten the buns to 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
Allow dough to rise (if you're using the 30-minute dough, this won't take longer than 10-15 minutes...just use this time to preheat your oven to 375 degrees)
Bake for 10-14 minutes at 375 degrees. When you pull them out of the oven, brush with butter and sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top. (Seeds are optional, of course)
